What payment methods do you accept?
Orders are paid by bank transfer or Pix. The bank details are shown at checkout and the payment is confirmed by our team.
Do you deliver across Brazil?
Yes. We distribute across Brazil from Cravinhos, SP. Lead time and shipping are confirmed in the quote.
Are the instruments certified?
Yes. We operate under ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015, CE Mark, ANVISA RDC 751/2022. Documentation for each product line is available on request.
Can the instruments be customised?
Yes. Laser engraving of a logo or code, custom sizes and packaging — feasibility and minimum quantity are confirmed in the quote.
